We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator for our client, based at their site in Glenrothes, on an ongoing temporary contract.

This will be to start as soon as possible, so ideally looking for someone who is available immediately.

The role is to act as a warehouse administrator inputting data, producing reports and shipping paperwork for all departments within the warehouse.

Duties Include:

• Raising shipping labels using various carriers’ websites.

• Creating pallet specifications for customer orders.

• Creating paperwork for freight forwarding.

• Updating shipping tracker to ensure info is up to date.

• Checking items to be shipped against despatch notes.

• Creating shipments within ERP system for all goods leaving the warehouse.

• Processing transfers for all goods moving between company sites.

• Entering daily cycle counts results and reporting results to warehouse manager.

• Assisting with annual inventory count.

• Entering any other transactions which are required within ERP system.

• Liaising with other departments in Glenrothes & Chessington

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of KPI’s

• Adhering to all Health and Safety training.

Working hours will be 38 hours per week with ½ hour unpaid lunch break.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm & Friday 8.00am to 2pm.

Candidates will have:

  • Experience working in a Warehouse environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Excel, word etc.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work overtime
